| Advance Policy : Bookings will be confirmed
on receipt of 1 nights advance at the time of confirmation. All bookings
over the Xmas/New Year period will be confirmed only on receipt of 100%
advance. |

Terms of Payment : To confirm your room reservation you have to pay one nights advance either by credit card (Master / Visa). All Master / Visa credit card payments attract a bank charge of 2.5%.

Cancellation Policy :7 days prior to checkin full refund will be paid. Less than 7 days no refund will be paid. Over Xmas/New Year period no refund will be paid.
